Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day return window. This means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Returns

Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide instructions along with the correct return address based on your location. We operate multiple return centers and will assign the most suitable one.

Please note:

  • Returns must be approved before being sent
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Return instructions are provided via email

We also partner with GiveBackBox to donate eligible returned items to charity.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.

We recommend:

  • Using a tracked shipping method
  • Keeping your shipping receipt until the return is processed

We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the quickest option is to return your current product and place a new order.

In certain cases, we may offer assistance with size exchanges. If your item doesn’t fit, contact us and we’ll review your situation.

Please note:

  • Size exchanges may be offered depending on availability
  • Product, color, or variant changes require a new order

Order Cancellation

Due to our automated fulfillment process, orders are processed quickly and cannot be canceled once placed.

However, we may still be able to update:

  • Shipping address
  • Size selection
  • Product variant

If something is incorrect, contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please check your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Personal care products (e.g. cosmetics)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Additionally:

  • Sale items cannot be returned
  • Gift cards are non-refundable

For orders delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

Keep in mind that banks or payment providers may take additional time to complete the transaction.
